Where It All Began...
Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to create. I started drawing before I could even remember, and art classes had always been my favorite. Even when writing my stories as a kid, I found myself picking up a pencil to draw my original characters. This had started my comic frenzy in middle school (canon event).
I always loved seeing the enjoyment on my friends' faces when I created something for them, whether it was an art piece, handmade plushies, written letters, personalized songs, or even baked goods. And it felt even better when I had done the same for strangers. Drawing just for myself never felt exhilarating enough, so I sought out multiple opportunities to create art for other people (art trades, fanart, animations). I started doing commissions in 2022, but had to stop shortly after to focus on school.
Then I joined Artfight in 2024, a bit intimidated, but it ended up being so much fun! That was also around the time when I started animating on TikTok, and I'll admit the views and likes were addicting, but I was aware that mentality wouldn't be healthy in the long-run. In 2025, I participated in Artfight again, and that's when I realized just how much I love drawing for others, but in a way where I knew the people receiving my art would like it regardless, no likes or views involved. I knew I wanted to start up commissions again because of that, so now I'm here!
